Reena Roy has been one of the most beautiful and happening Bollywood stars of yesteryear. Known for films like Nagin, Jaani Dushman, Kalicharan, Naseeb and many others, she was one of the highest paid actresses of that time.
Reena started her Bollywood career in 1972 after her film Nayi Duniya Naye Log opposite Danny Denzongpa got shelved. Her first film happened to be Zaroorat opposite Danny and another newcomer, Vijay Arora. The film got her some attention followed by some B Grade films.
Then in 1976, she worked in Subhash Ghai’s directorial debut Kalicharan starring Shatrughan Sinha opposite her. The film was a surprise Hit and gave her the much-needed break.
Her onscreen chemistry with Shatrughan was loved by the audience and as a result, they went on doing some more films together. However, it was not just the onscreen chemistry that was noticed, their offscreen relationship also made several tongues wagging.
Interestingly, there’s a much noticeable resemblance between Shatrughan Sinha’s daughter Sonakshi Sinha and Poonam Sinha.
In 1983, Reena Roy decided to quit films and married Pakistani cricketer Mohsin Khan. They couldn’t stay together for long though and got divorced.
She made a comeback in Bollywood in 1993 and was seen last in 2000 film Refugee. Several fans of her have been missing her since then. Here we bring you some photos of her. Have a look at how she used to look back then and now.

But it all ended when Shatrughan Sinha married Poonam Sinha in 1981. In early 80’s she gave several big hits and entered the league of Top heroines.
